General Manager | Atlas Copco in India
During my role working as a General Manager for Atlas Copco India, we hired services of Khushru Doctor to help us launch one of the 3 global pilot projects of introducing “Agile” ways of working.
I must appreciate the time and efforts put by Khushru to understand how a manufacturing company such as Atlas Copco operates as against IT companies that usually employ Agile processes. After a detailed investigative study and discussions, he recommended a process, which was a combination of Scrum and Kanban.
Later, we involved him in rolling out a series vof training programs to train our sales, service, operations and support teams. The business heads and functional heads, including our HR responsible for global pilots, participated in one of those sessions. This helped us roll out agile processes in the shortest time – in fact, one of the teams started as soon as the next day of the training.
We were pleased with Khushru’s in-depth knowledge of the Agile processes, his patience to discuss and answer all practical questions, easy to understand training material and his overall approach – simple and yet effective. He was always available for any hand-holding support as necessary.
I certainly recommend Khushru for Agile / Scrum trainings and would hire him again whenever required.

Project Head | EDII
We hired Khushru and Team Taasha to augment our development team. The engagement started small as a 2 people relationship but soon expanded to a 14 people relationship. In Khushru we found a great local partner who went out of his way to accommodate our requirements. He has a great understanding of SCRUM and Project Management Processes which have been greatly beneficial to us. More importantly, his network and his contacts have been invaluable in helping us meet our company’s requirements.
The Team in India typically works as our extended team taking full ownership of the task and completing most work on time. They are skilled and are full-stack developers in Java based technology. This is very difficult to find. The relationship has now converted into a partnership.

We are a company dedicated to creating a product for the Healthcare domain. We hired Khushru Doctor of Taasha Technologies as our Software process consultant for Agile/SCRUM process implementation consulting around 6 months back. He has been a regular in our office now. Khushru has in-depth knowledge of the AGILE / SCRUM process. He has a solution for every situation. He patiently explains each part of the process to all the resources. Khushru is ready to take responsibility for the processes and works diligently with the team to drive them towards success. One quality that sets Khushru apart from other consultants is that he is very frank in his feedback and does not sugar-coat things. Frankness is one quality that I have highly appreciated in Khushru. There has been a quantifiable improvement in the productivity of the team since his involvement. At the start of the relationship Khushru conducted Training on Agile/SCRUM process for people across the board which was highly lucid and appreciated by all. Khushru and Taasha Technologies are highly recommended.

It has been a pleasure working with Khushru Doctor and his team while designing, developing and rolling out the SVEP software. This is a large enterprise class software with web and mobile interfaces with pan India implementation. The software is designed to function in multiple languages too. The team has been very accommodating for change requests. After the initial release, many more have been identified. Hope to bring a positive change in rural Self Help Groups (SHG) and rural entrepreneurial scenario through the software
